200 Bloor Street West - Yorkville - Toronto
Located on Bloor Street at Avenue Road, across from the ROM, Exhibit Residences are distinguished by unrelenting craftsmanship and an eye for detail. With unique architecture and fabulous amenities, Exhibit is destined to become a showcase for the extraordinary.
Architect Roy Varacalli designed Exhibit to complement the ROM. Exhibit’s four cubes veiled in fretted glass will stack one on top of the other at skewed rotations.
This 32-storey condo will have about 200 suites ranging from 650 to more than 2,000 square feet. Starting at $500,000 to over $3-million and construction will begin in fall 2011.
There will be 200 suites over 32 floors, serviced by three elevators. Suites in the building range from one bedroom units up to two bedroom plus den. Designed by Rosario Varacali, one of Toronto's premier architects.
All residences will share the same high standards of luxurious finishes, from exclusively-designed interiors by Diego Burdi of Burdifilek, designers of Holt Renfrew, to sweeping wrap-around windows and outdoor fritted-glazed balconies and windows in all bedrooms.
There will also be above ground parking for residents in a separate cube at the rear which will be wrapped by windows providing natural light throughout the parking garage. Exhibit will rise up as four cubes, each slightly rotated and veiled with fritted glass.
Cube One - open concept south facing suites overlooking the ROM and Bloor Street. European-inspired kitchens with Miele appliances. Residents living in this cube will have the convenience of parking their car on the same level as their suite.
Cube Two and Three - same qualities as Cube one with added benefit of many suites offering magnificently proportioned oversize terraces and everlasting and protected panoramic views overlooking south and north.
Cube Four - most breathtaking everlasting panoramic views in all directions. Suites will enjoy wrap-around windows, balconies and grand oversize terraces as well as European-inspired kitchens outfitted with Subzero, Wolf, and Miele appliances.
Building features: Several lounges (one with a cool curved bar and the other with a private dining room with catering kitchen), party room with a linear fireplace, outdoor rooftop garden oasis with a shimmering reflecting pool, fitness gallery equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, yoga studio, cool down lounge with double-sided fireplace.
