New Renderings of Amenities at 8 Elm put Lifestyle in the Spotlight

Capital Developments and Reserve Properties have recently released a fresh set of renderings highlighting the 8 Elm amenity spaces. The list of amenities includes multi-level retail stores, adaptability, reusability of the heritage building and spacious community spaces. But the whopping construction area of 26,000 square feet attracted the most attention from investors.

This new construction project has exemplified the mission and vision of one of the top interior designing firms, Cecconi Simone. These amenities make the building capable of offering the customers a 5-star hotel experience, as proven by the freshly released renderings. The entire space packs some of the most luxurious features that are not usually common for regular construction units.

These renderings have revealed how luxurious the fourth-floor amenities are for 8 Elm. For instance, the terrace area is approximately 431 square metres and wraps around the surrounding building roofs. In addition, the interior space on the fourth floor comes with an area of 488 square metres, enough to include some of the most deluxe hotel-like amenities.

There is a grand dining area in the fireplace lounge that people use to host formal and intimate dinner plans. The social lounge envokes casual interactions between residents. Both lounges feature walls painted with dark blue colours and bronze accents at crucial places. They also come with marble slabs to add a more luxurious feeling to the spaces.

The 8 Elm Condos amenity floor also comes with a coworking space that simply extends the used space for recreational activities. With warm brown and beige colour tones, sleek architectural design, and wooden floors, the coworking space is certainly the epitome of modernity and sophistication. The pale blue-coloured walls ensure maximum light reflection for better natural illumination. A kitchen and pantry are also available for use to ease work days and keep residents comfortable.

The crowning features of the entire building are a special open-design bar, the Sky Lounge, and a social room. They help level up the interaction and ensure people can mingle with each other. These areas are located on the 56th level. The Sky Lounge offers outstanding textures with an appropriate colour palette that creates the perfect mood in the ambience. The dark blue-coloured curtains conceal the walls. On the other hand, the same coloured upholsteries make the furniture units accent features. The bar features a stoned backlit wall with a golden and bronze-coloured ceiling.

Thanks to the extended outdoor spacing of the Sky Lounge, people can now experience the vast night sky and take a bird’s view of the entire city. The ledger features planters with artificial plants to add more green colours to the overall design. These renderings also provide deeper insights into the suite layouts and several other architectural finishes.
