Tridel and Bazis Reveal A New Look At The Suites for Queen Church

Tridel and Bazis are collaborating with the designer Rosario Varacalli to bring a 57-storey tower. It will be at the northeast corner of Queen and Church streets in Toronto's Garden District. The glass-clad skyscraper, dubbed Queen Church, will rise above a heritage base, with its entrance off Queen Street.

Residents will have greetings by a new lobby designed by II BY IV DESIGN. It will include a lounge area with comfy seats, artwork, a distinctive swirling light fixture and a marble concierge desk. A mailroom and parcel storage will also be available on the ground floor.

The skyscraper will have 445 suites ranging in size from 415 sqft studios to 811 sqft three-bedroom suites. Most of these suites will not include balconies. But, the Queen Church suites have been built with no wasted space in mind. They have clever layouts utilizing every square inch of each unit. Suites will also include high-quality, long-lasting finishes and huge glass windows. All one-bedroom units look south over Queen Street with views of the city.

Outside of the suites, Queen Church will include 16,000 square feet of facilities. It'll include a video room, chef's kitchen, private dining area, and a collection of meeting and work spaces for people who work from home. In addition to that, a fitness facility, yoga studio, outdoor yoga deck, and an outdoor lounge. On the fourth floor, there will be a kid's zone and an outdoor playground. It'll also have an outdoor dog run for the fur babies on the seventh level.

The building's unique neighbourhood also has a park just west across Church Street and a plethora of adjacent businesses and eateries. Furthermore, Queen Church is approachable by the 501 Queen streetcar or just a short walk from Queen subway station. This makes it easy to connect to the rest of the city. The Ontario Line will soon service Queen station as well as Line 1.
