Legacy Drip Sequences
Drip sequences send a timed series of emails. Action Plans are the broader automation tool for workflows that also need tasks, SMS, CRM changes, conditions, or other actions.
Where to find it: Admin → Drips, when available
What to do
- Open the existing drip and review its trigger, delays, messages, and active enrollments.
- Use the drip for a simple email sequence when it remains appropriate.
- Use an Action Plan for new multi-channel or conditional automation.
- Test before moving contacts between the two systems.
Good to know
- Do not run equivalent drip and action-plan follow-up at the same time.
- The Scheduled email queue does not replace the enrollment view for a sequence.
