Connect Zoom and Create Virtual Meetings
When Zoom is available for your account, connecting it lets virtual appointment types create a meeting link.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Calendar → Connections
What to do
- Choose Connect Zoom and sign in to the intended account.
- Approve the requested access and return to Calendar settings.
- Confirm Zoom shows Connected.
- Enable Zoom on the relevant event type.
- Book a test and confirm the link appears in the appointment and notifications.
Good to know
- Disconnecting Zoom prevents future bookings from generating Zoom links; it does not rewrite old appointments.
- If the Zoom section is not shown, the integration may not be configured for your account.
