Use the Visual Email Builder
The visual builder creates an email from movable content sections and design settings.
Where to find it: Admin → Email Campaigns → Start from Scratch
What to do
- Add the section type you need.
- Edit its copy, image, links, alignment, and spacing.
- Drag sections into the intended order.
- Use the preview and send a test to more than one email client when the design is important.
- Wait for the draft save indicator before leaving.
Good to know
- Keep the main call to action obvious and avoid overly wide images.
- A template is a starting point; changing the draft does not have to change the saved template.
