CRM Contacts Overview
The CRM is the main record of your leads and clients. A contact can include identity, assignment, stage, tags, communication history, site activity, tasks, and deal context.
Where to find it: Admin → Pipeline → Contacts
What to do
- Use search to find a person by the information you know.
- Use stage, tag, assignment, list, and email-status filters to narrow the table.
- Open a contact for the full record and timeline.
- Clear filters before assuming a contact is missing.
Good to know
- What you can see depends on your role and the team’s lead-visibility setting.
- Avoid creating a second record until you have searched for the existing email and phone number.
