Share or Embed a Form

A published form can be used through its own link or an embed option shown in the form manager.

Where to find it: Admin → Marketing → Forms → open a form

What to do

1. Open the published form and choose the sharing or embed option.
2. Copy the link or embed snippet exactly.
3. Add it to the destination page or external website.
4. Load the final page in a private browser window and submit a test.
5. Confirm the response appears under the form and in the CRM.

Good to know

• If an external site blocks the embed, use the shareable link or ask that site’s administrator to allow it.
• Do not edit the generated snippet unless the instructions explicitly say to.
