Import Failed or Produced the Wrong Rows
Import problems usually come from file structure, field mapping, unexpected formatting, or assumptions about duplicates.

What to do
- Keep the original file and make a working copy.
- Check the header row, blank rows, date formats, phone numbers, and email columns.
- Use a small sample file to reproduce the issue.
- Review every field mapping and duplicate option.
- Capture the import summary and row-level errors before trying again.
Good to know
- Do not re-import the full file until you know whether the first attempt created records.
- Spreadsheet applications can silently change dates and long numbers.
