Read a Visitor or Lead Journey
A journey shows the supported events associated with a visitor or known contact over time.
Where to find it: Admin → Analytics → open a user or a contact timeline
What to do
- Check the date range and identity shown.
- Look for repeated interests, high-intent actions, and the point of entry.
- Compare site activity with messages, appointments, notes, and stage.
- Use the combined evidence to choose the next human action.
Good to know
- Shared devices, privacy controls, and anonymous browsing can make identity incomplete.
- Do not make sensitive personal inferences from browsing behaviour.
