Read the Activity Feed
The Activity Feed is a chronological view of supported recent events. It helps you notice meaningful activity and open the related record.
Where to find it: Admin → Insights → Activity Feed
What to do
- Choose the time or event filters you need.
- Open an event for its page, person, or listing context.
- Move into the contact record for the full relationship history.
- Create follow-up only when the event and contact context justify it.
Good to know
- A page view is not the same as a lead inquiry.
- Automated and repeated events can be normal during an active session.
